Workout Log

I’ve had my trainer for almost a year now. That’s a new record for me. I have a tendency to go through trainers faster than a pair of shoes.

Anyway, Jason is a pretty cool dude and now I have arm muscles, so I guess I’ll keep him around for a while.

I am traditionally very bad about keeping track of my workouts, but I find that when I write things down, it helps a bit.

I’ve recently acquired some gadgets to test out, so we’ll see how they work. I’m occasionally running with the Nike+/iPod Touch combo, but it’s not as accurate as a GPS watch.

Current shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
